VISION

Compassion ministry.

‘ Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world’. James 1:27.

The Holy Scripture clearly taught us to have a compassion for the fatherless and widows (James 1:27, Deut.14:29) and He is going to judge those who oppressed them (Mal. 3:5). This ministry started with the vision to give future hope for the hopeless children. There are many children who became orphans due to many reasons.

Therefore, many people’s felled victims knowing or unknowingly and their children were left behind uncared and malnourished, their future in danger and without hope. Some of these children even lent up in the hand of anti-social element and became the anti-national creating problem and chaos within the society and the nation. 

For these reasons we started a compassion ministry by setting up Home to shelter and gave them sanctuary for them. We take it as challenge and our responsibility as the follower of Jesus Christ, who have a great compassion for the children, and as a citizen of the great democratic nation India. We can give something future hope for these hopeless children.

These vision can be accomplished only by the grace of God and joining hand together by the Christ centred churches and individual who are generous enough to sacrificed what he/she have for the cause of suffering and unfortunate children.

About it inception:

The Amazing Grace Children Home (Orphanage) was established in the year 2012 at Ch.Ebenezer, Leimakhong with the initiative of the Servants of the Lord Pastor Lhunsei Kipgen. Initially this orphanage home was started with 8 orphans children (4 boys and 4 girls), now it growth to 15 (9 boys and 6 girls). From the inception of this shelter, there are many hardship and trial, but with determination, courage, dedication and childlike faith and trusting in God’s unlimited riches and goodness of the leaders gave comfort and a sanctuary for many fatherless, malnourished and destitute children.

To fulfil all the above visions the Home depend on the grace and riches of the Jehovah-Jireh and free will donation from the peoples who love the Lord who are generous to give for the helpless orphans and destitute children through love and compassion. We have no regular support from church or any Christian organisation or even from our government.
